To celebrate one year of independence from their former holding company, Fame wanted to do something remarkable. Like inviting cute baby goats to a lively shindig at the office.

Fame of the Free Day

Badge Design + Illustration + Print Collateral + Apparel

It’s not every day you can put words like “frolic” and “happy hour” and “snuggle” all together without it getting really weird, but the first Fame of the Free Day was one of those days.

A commemorative poster, popsicle, sticker, and shirt were designed for this momentous occasion, marking Fame’s one year anniversary of independence. Colors used were Fame Orange, cream, slate blue, and gold to create a sense of patriotism. Graphics were playful and bold, reminiscent of visual propaganda. The asterisk was repeated to make a starlike pattern, and wavy lines mimicked stripes in the wind.

Sadly, plans for giveaways changed, and these items were not produced for the event. But they were really fun to make and too cool not to share. (The good news: baby goats did end up coming to the party, and they were delightful.)
