A collection of retail projects for Spectrum, a brand of Charter Communications used to market a wide range of TV, Internet, and Voice services.
Spectrum Retail Design
Brand Development + Retail Design + Print Collateral + Digital Content
Charter Communications is America’s fastest growing TV, Internet, and Voice provider, offering its services to businesses and consumers under the branding of Spectrum. After purchasing Time Warner Cable in 2016, Charter wanted to refresh the Spectrum brand to present a modern, streamlined look and feel.
Many Time Warner Cable customers weren’t thrilled about having a new provider, so it was important for Spectrum to feel friendly and engaging. Fame brightened the existing brand colors, developed a system of arrows and angles to be used in a variety of ways, chose a light and bright photo style, and updated brand guidelines.
Following the completion of the brand refresh, Fame brought the new system to life through a range of in-store retail projects. The collection of projects above includes pop-up banners, window posters, stanchion signs, a hanging sign with danglers, pattern exploration, and screens displaying digital content to educate and entertain customers waiting to talk to a rep.
