Time Warner Cable wanted an in-store retail campaign that would drive customers to download their four free apps. A variety of elements were designed to make a big visual impact.
Time Warner Cable App Download Campaign
Retail Design + In-Store Campaign + Print Collateral + Apparel
Time Warner Cable, an American cable television company purchased by Charter Communications in 2016, was one one of Fame’s biggest clients, and a broad range of projects was created for them over the years. This campaign focused on driving customers to download Time Warner Cable’s four free apps—My TWC, TWC TV, WiFi Finder, and Phone 2 Go. They wanted the campaign to be prominent throughout the store and stand out visually from other in-store materials.
It was important for the graphics to be a quick read, so a modular system was developed to look like apps on a screen. Using Time Warner Cable’s app icons and brand colors, a variety of elements were designed—impactful window danglers, a floor graphic leading customers into the store, a pop-up banner, ceiling danglers, a counter card detailing app information, an interactive takeaway card, and colorful rep shirts.
